Passion Sunday Procession with Blest Palms

Palms for Passion Sunday ProcessionThe grotto to the north of the oratory is also used every Passion Sunday, the Sunday before Easter.  The people gather at the grotto, where a brief litany is sung in honor of Christ, the Gospel is proclaimed, and palms are blest with holy water.  The procession then forms up, and we move into the church, singing the refrain to All Glory, Praise, and Honor ; the choir sings the verses, again in four part harmony.
