the feast of the Assumption, August 15, 2002, San Rocco welcomed the
Woodsong Chorale, a Franciscan choir from a convent in Frankfort,
Illinois. The Chorale was directed by Sister Kathleen Hook, OSF, and
accompanied by Joy Sloan. |

you can see, the men in the Woodsong Chorale had to sit in the pews;
there was not enough room for them on the risers. Since this photo was
taken, we have added steps under the statue of Mary; these steps will
accommodate such large guest choirs, on any occasion. |
